From leading a national discount retail chain’s social media to overseeing a local council’s PR, my work has had a major positive impact for customers. I’ve often been employed ‘behind the scenes’ by large PR and marketing companies to ensure their PR services were up to scratch. From 2003-2017 I was managing director of first Passionate Media (it seemed a good idea at the time!) and then The Marketing Room. I’ve struck out on my own to do more of what I love.
